Earning point through Checkout
In normal case, the customer will earn the points through Checkout. The point will be automatically given to the customer through Checkout > Payment, based on the coinfiguration on Setting > Loyalty Program. (See : Setting Up Loyalty Program )
The customer who receives the point is the customer set on Checkout > Payer. It is automatically set when you add the service booking to the payment list.
If the customer earns points after the customer's payment has been processed, a dialog will be displayed. If the customer wins a reward as a result, that information will also be displayed in the dialog.
If you select "Send Message", you can send a message using the preconfigured template to the customer via email, SMS, or app to let them know that you have won the reward.
If you have set rewards as free items, you will most likely hand them over at this point. In that case, click the "Mark as Redeemed" button to set the reward to the granted state.
Adjusting the customer's points manually
From Home> Customers> Customer Details > Loyalty Program, You can check the history and status of customer points and earned rewards and adjust them manually.
Following operation can be done here.
- Add points to the customer
- Remove points from the customer
- Change the reward status (granted / not granted)
When you add points to the customer, the rewards will be created automatically according to the points customer earned.
