In this article, we will explain how to create the "consent form" that we ask the customer before the service, and how to have the customer sign the "consent form."
Firstly, you need to register the “Consent form” as the master data
- Go to Settings > ‘Consent Form’
- Enter a name for the agreement (this will not appear on the actual consent form), a title for the consent form, and the contents of the agreement
- Save the form
Once registered, it is ready to customer to to sign.
Customers can sign by following the steps below.
- Customer search > Select a customer > Customer details > “Consent Form” tab
- Click the “Add” button to open the “Consent Form” which was created in previous steps.
- Hand the customer your phone or tablet and ask them to sign in the "Sign here" field.
- Save the signed agreement and it will be listed as a signed agreement in the 'Consent Form' tab of the customer details
- The consent form signed by the customer can be sent in PDF format by email, etc. by clicking the "Send" button.
