You can create the customer loyalty program to reward the repeating customers. The customer will earn points on visit or the money spent, then be able to exchange it with discount or free item.
1. Enable the Loyalty Program
Navigate to Home > Setting > Loyalty Program > Use Loyalty Program
2. Select the how customer earns the points

By visit
Acquire the point on visiting the salon/shop. You can set the minimum payment to acquire the point. [ ex, earn 1 point per visit only when spending $20 or more ] -
By amount spent
Acquire the point based on the total payment on checkout. [ ex, earn 1 point on every $20 on checkout ]
You can also configure followings,

Set the point/reward expiry date since point acquisition. - Earn points only when service is included
The point can be acquired only when the payment contains any service via booking (ex, hair cut, nail care, etc.)

3. Select the Reward type
When owning point has reached the specified point, customer will be awarded one of the following type of Reward.
- Discount
Discount will be given on next visit ( by percent [ex, 10% off] or by amount [ex, $10 off] ) - Free Item
Free item will be given ( from Setting > Goods/Stock inventory ). Multiple item can be set as tiered reward ( Ex, A free shampoo bottle for 10 point, A free conditioner bottle for next 10 point [total 20 point]).
4. Set the Message Template
Set the message template for notifying the reward acquisition to the customer. You can send the message (via email, SMS, messaging app) to the customer when he/she gains the reward based on the template.
