You can send a booking reminder to your customer by SMS text or Email at the specified time before the specified number of days of appointment. ( Home> Marketing> Booking Reminder )
There are two types of automatic reminders, "Semi-automatic" and "Full-Automatic".
At the specified time, a pop-up reminder is notified to the screen. The reminder message will be generated for the each customer automatically but you need to send them one by one from the booking list.
It doesn't incur any cost on the app, but because it will send the messages using the SMS feature on the mobile phone, the SMS fee may be charged from your mobile carrier. It can not be sent from the devices which do not have a phone number (ie, tablet).
The reminder messages are automatically sent from our server at the specified time. There is no need for a phone/sms capability on the mobile device to use this feature.
You need to purchase SMS credits. The price of the credit depends on the country, for example, it is US$9.99 for 300 SMS (0.03 USD / SMS [1 SMS = 153 GSM characters or 70 any other characters]).
The behavior of the automatic booking reminder for E-Mail is slightly different between Android version and iOS version.
It doesn't mater you set Semi-Auto or Full-Auto, E-mail will always be sent automatically from the Gmail account configured in Home > Setting > Email
Same as SMS reminder, there are "Semi-automatic" and "Full automatic" mode.
If it is set to Semi-Automatic, you need to send the generated reminder messages one by one from the booking list.
If it is set to Full Automatic, mail will be sent automatically from our server. Any number of emails can be sent if you have more than 1 SMS credit, no additional fee will be incurred.
